Aaron helped us out with issues we had with water pressure & heating in the shower, problems we’d been dealing with for years & there was seemingly no fix for! He was super communicative, responsive, and quick to head over when he heard we had no hot water! Seriously an amazing job he did, would highly recommend!!

The technician arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and courteous. He introduced himself and then went right to work. He dismounted the two old bathroom faucets and installed the new ones and reworked the exhausts/drains for both sinks. The job was completed in good time. Everything was neat and clean and working perfectly when he was done. We really appreciate the good work. We’ve hired Franco American lots of times over the years for our home and office. They came out same day to inspect my issues and were here 2 business days later to get it fixed up! Each person I worked with was kind, quick and answered all my questions. Affordable as well!

They came out to diagnose a leak, and were at my house in less than 24 hours. The dishwasher was the issue. They did not charge us for that visit, then allowed me over 7 days to rent a dehumidifier and let that run for a week. I then called Franco American back a week later to let them know area under washer was dry, they were back here in less than 24 hours to install the new dishwasher. They are punctual, professional and very courteous. We have used them in the past and they will continue to do all of our plumbing work. A great experience every time. Thanks again!
